Please note that all “Bids” or “Buy Now” are final, so only place an “Bid” or “Buy Now” if you are fully committed to purchasing the vehicle and have conducted the necessary due diligence, as you may end up being the highest Offer.
Alternatively, you can choose the “Buy Now” option if you are willing to pay the “Buy Now” price and want to skip the “Bid” process.
It’s important to remember that all “Bids” or “Buy Now” are final, and once an “Bid” or “Buy Now” is accepted, the sale is final. If you fail to complete your purchase for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction. We exclusively accept payment via bank wire transfer. Buyers are required to remit the full payment for the vehicle within 24 hours of the auction’s conclusion. Our team is available to assist you throughout this process.
Following the confirmation of payment, the delivery process commences the next day. The delivery duration typically ranges from 7 to 14 days, contingent on the delivery location. For added convenience, we offer complimentary delivery for the first 1,000 miles, with a standard delivery charge of $1 per mile thereafter.
At PROmanagerepo, LLC, we manage all vehicle shipping logistics through our fully-vetted licensed carrier network, saving you time and money while minimizing risk. Your vehicle will be transported using enclosed trailers, ensuring a high level of security and protection during transit.
The release of the vehicle and title should only occur after the buyer has received and accepted the vehicle. In remote transactions, PROmanagerepo, LLC will handle the DMV paperwork and dispatch the signed-over title to the buyer via a courier service equipped with a tracking number.
In the event of a rejection, PROmanagerepo, LLC will promptly issue a full refund. All refunds are processed within 48–72 hours, and delivery charges are included.
