PAYMENT
All assets are insured during transportation to provide you with peace of mind and protection throughout the delivery process.
Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the location. Typically, the maximum delivery time frame within the US is 14 days, while it’s 22 days for Canada. To offer added convenience, we provide free delivery for the first 1,000 miles. However, a charge of $1 per mile will apply after the first 1,000 miles, regardless of the type and size of the asset.
DELIVERY
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase from PROmanagerepo, LLC. That’s why we offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles and a 14-Day reject or refund policy for all assets sold on our platform, starting from the time you take possession.
During this period, you have the opportunity to thoroughly test the vehicle for up to 1,000 miles, or evaluate other assets for unlimited hours, and return or exchange it for any reason, no questions asked.
Please note that we are unable to accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:
– Involved in an accident or damaged
– Modified or altered from its original delivered condition
– Used as collateral for a loan, also known as an encumbrance
In the event of a rejection, PROmanagerepo, LLC will promptly issue a full refund, with all refunds processed within 48-72 hours. Additionally, delivery charges are waived.
We are dedicated to providing a seamless and worry-free experience, and we look forward to assisting you throughout the process.
REFUND / REJECT POLICY
The warranty and peace of mind provided by PROmanagerepo, LLC offer coverage for your new vehicle through our 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles (from the time you take possession) and a 14-Day reject or refund policy.
The three types of coverage are as follows:
For all assets: You are covered for 6 months from the vehicle purchase date or until your vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles, whichever occurs earlier, along with the 14-Day reject or refund policy.
The Limited Warranty covers repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:
– Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections (all imperfections are shown on the asset’s gallery page)
– Replaceable/wearable parts
– Recommended maintenance
– Aftermarket accessories
It’s important to note that the 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles cannot be transferred to someone else.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL EXPIRE UPON THE SALE OF YOUR ASSET OR WHEN YOUR VEHICLE REACHES THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMITATION, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
You cannot transfer this Limited Warranty to anyone else. You may be entitled to the benefit of other warranties under state law, which may be different from this Limited Warranty. Or Your state law may not allow limitations as We have in this Limited Warranty. We follow the state law where it is different from the Limited Warranty.
Under state law, the applicability of certain types of damages and the scope of our responsibility as outlined in the Limited Warranty may vary. It’s important to note that specific regulations in some states may supersede or modify these terms. WARRANTY
Paying for All Assets
Upon successfully winning an auction, our system will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with the High “Bid” or “Buy Now” account. This email will contain the invoice and detailed instructions to complete the purchase, including the necessary steps for making the payment via wire transfer. It’s important to note that the invoice will provide specific payment instructions.
In case the email is not immediately visible in your inbox, please check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder to ensure that the notification is not overlooked. We strive to ensure the delivery of these important communications and encourage recipients to monitor their email folders accordingly.
Please be advised that payment for the vehicle and all associated assets can only be made through Bank Wire Transfer.
PROmanagerepo, LLC does not accept any other form of payment, including Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or vehicle trade-ins.
Making a bank wire transfer involves the following steps:
1. Contact your bank: Begin by contacting your bank either in person, over the phone, or through online banking to initiate the wire transfer process.
2. Provide recipient details: You will need to provide the recipient’s name, account number, and the bank’s name and address. In this case, you will need the details provided in the invoice received after winning the auction.
3. Verify fees and exchange rates: Your bank will inform you about any fees associated with the wire transfer, as well as the exchange rate if the transfer involves a different currency.
4. Initiate the transfer: Once you have provided all the necessary recipient details and verified the fees, instruct your bank to initiate the wire transfer.
Regarding the email notification, it’s important to check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox, as it may have been filtered there. This will help ensure that you receive and review all the necessary details and instructions for completing the purchase.

After completing the bank wire transfer, kindly upload the payment confirmation receipt as specified on the invoice.
For international customers, it’s important to note that intermediary banks involved in the wire transfer process may impose additional processing fees. These fees are separate from the charges levied by the originating bank and will be deducted from the wire transfer amount. When making the payment, please consider these additional fees and ensure that the total amount sent covers all associated charges.
All “Bids” or “Buy Now” are considered final, meaning that if your “Bid” or “Buy Now” is accepted, you are obligated to complete the purchase. It’s crucial to ensure that you are fully committed to purchasing the vehicle before placing an “Bid” or “Buy Now”. If you have any doubts about proceeding with the purchase, we advise refraining from placing an “Bid” or “Buy Now” to avoid any potential issues.
